Liked that the hotel was luxurious and had friendly efficient staff with great service. The breakfast was rich for a diabetic, all the food was outstanding! The venue had a central location and it was right next to Palac Lucerna Concert Venue. The hotel was in a very very nice area, near to all the tourist attraction, and old town square.

Clean and comfortable rooms enhanced my stay.
The bathroom was dusty, and hair was left on the toilet. The cleaners missed our room one day, leaving us without fresh towels. The bed configuration was poor.

Excellent, friendly service. Helpful and efficient. Ideal location for visiting Prague. Close to train station which was helpful for our trip. Good sized room with air conditioning and comfortable beds. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with the option of a mini-bar which we didn't use. Recommended especially the breakfast. Location is not a problem despite comments from others.

I almost gave Fenix a good review, but the broken window in my classic urban room was unforgivable was good. Not to mention, running out of toilet roll only two days in without a replenishment option was just tragic. I expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but clearly, that's too much to ask here.

The room was really reasonably large, exceptionally comfortable beds. The breakfast was savoury and free as expected with beverages and free champagne, for instance. Very good service, as the staff were affable and excellent.

Very welcoming staff; we could check in immediately even though we arrived early (at 10am); we were given non-smoking rooms with separate beds exactly as requested; very comfortable beds; sauna etc included; loved the champagne breakfast :) great value for money - we'd definitely recommend it
The area isn't amazing for a group of girls and walking home at night was a little bit uncomfortable but we'd still stay there again

Hotel staff were very helpful and location was quite central to Prague tourist spots. Good business centre and free access to the internet.
The shower was in a narrow, deep bath which was difficult to get in and out of.
